In-Home Educational Sessions:
Our hands-on, play-based learning is tailored to each child’s needs. We focus on building essential skills through reading, writing, life skills, sensory play, motor activities, storytelling, and arts and crafts; all fostering creativity, independence, and development.
In-Home Care:
We provide a safe, supportive environment for children with complex needs, focusing on comfort and natural development. Services include help with daily routines, sensory play, motor skill activities, and behavior support through child-directed engagement.
Respite Outings:
We give families well-deserved breaks while children enjoy safe, supervised community outings like zoo visits, swimming, or interactive exhibits. These experiences promote social skills, independence, and inclusion.
Personalized In-School Care:
We work with schools to support children with complex needs, helping them engage in classroom activities, navigate transitions, use adaptive tools, and build social connections through one-on-one, child-directed care.
Collaborative Care:
At Safehaven Care Inc., we believe that collaboration and team work is key to providing the best support for every child. We partner with families and other specialists, such as Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Behavioral Therapists (BTs).
