In-Home Care:

At Safehaven Care, we offer compassionate, personalized support to help seniors stay independent and comfortable at home. From daily tasks such as light house keeping, dressing, hygiene, and meal preparation to emotional connection, our caregivers provide respectful care that nurtures well-being and reduces isolation.
Respite:
We organize transportation to check ups, appointments as well as outings to parks, for walks, community centers, and local events; helping seniors stay active, engaged, and socially connected.
Community Access

We help seniors stay connected through group outings and social activities that build friendships and a sense of belonging. By attending local events and engaging in the community, our clients form strong, meaningful connections and feel at home.
Additional Support:
We help individuals and families apply for PDD and Blue Cross funding, guiding them through the process to access essential care, therapies, and services tailored to their complex needs.
In Home Living
Safehaven provides the comfort of in-home living with the added support of a dedicated aide, giving clients the freedom to thrive in a space they call their own.
Palliative Care:

Palliative care offers compassionate support for those with serious or life threatening illnesses, focusing on comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being. It honours each person’s journey managing pain, easing symptoms, and respecting their wishes.
